After having made your reservation, you will receive (almost instantly) automatically per e-mail a confirmation of your booking. You’ll just have to confirm your booking by replying this e-mail.
After your confirmation, you will receive another automatic e-mail with your invoice and a payment link as well as a request to fill in the participants list. You can also pay by Internet Banking.
- With the payment link in the invoice.
- By Internet banking. Our bank account number is NL89INGB0007379536. Please indicate your reservation number as communication.
- Through PayPal, Visa or MasterCard. Note that additional costs will be charged when using this payment methods.
Invoice and downpayment
- All our bookings require a deposit of 30% of the total amount. Please transfer your payment within 14 days after having sent us your confirmation. The remaining sum must be paid at least 6 weeks before departure.
- 7 weeks before your arrival date, you’ll receive a reminder by e-mail with a payment link to ensure a timely payment of the remaining amount.
- When booking an accommodation with an arrival date within 6 weeks, the entire sum of the booking will have to be paid at the moment of booking.
- Upon receipt of the full invoice amount, you will receive from us your travel documents at least 1 week before your arrival date.
- If the payments are not paid before the due date HolidayTent reserves the right to cancel the reservation.
- By late payments, all costs, both judicial and extrajudicial costs will be borne by the person who made the reservation.
All tents require a cash guarantee of € 50,00 to pay in cash upon arrival. After having transferred to our staff the rented property clean and tidy (the refrigerator must be empty, the dishes clean in the cabinet and all the trash taken from the place) at the end of your stay and if there are no damages, losses or destructions, your deposit will be retuned in cash.
A baby cot, high chair, party tent, sleeping tent, bath and bed linens can only be guaranteed if they are simultaneously booked with the accommodation. These optional extras will have to be settled to the HolidayTent staff.
